Getting a loan or lease: Vehicle loan or lease

At the end of 2025 I purchased a new vehicle due. I was aware of the amount of the payments but was misleaded to purchase warrenty that did not completely cover a tire that I was told would cover at any time when needed under a certain amount of miles or loan age ( both were not over that amount ). I feel I was purposfully misinformed or maybe he didnt know that this extended warrenty did not do what I thought it was going to do. I would like to see if i can take this off without penalty because also the person who was right next to me who is not on the loan also was under that impression so I do have a witness who did hear the salesman say that.
