Getting a loan or lease: Vehicle loan or lease

I am submitting this complaint because I recently discovered that an auto loan was opened in my name without my knowledge or authorization. I did not apply for, authorize, or consent to this loan. I was unaware that this account existed until I discovered it while reviewing my credit report and/or being contacted regarding the account. Because I did not authorize this loan, I believe I may be the victim of identity theft or fraudulent activity. I am requesting that your company conduct a thorough investigation into how this loan was opened, provide me with copies of all documents related to the application and financing, including the signed contract, credit application, and any identification or verification documents used to open the account.
