Improper use of your report: Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports

I am filing this complaint to dispute an unauthorized inquiry on my credit report. I never authorized, requested, or consented to this credit pull and have no relationship with the company responsible. This is a clear violation of my rights under the FCRA. I demand an immediate investigation and permanent removal of this inaccurate inquiry.
