Improper use of your report: Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports
Despite multiple disputes submitted with supporting documentation, the bureau has continued to report inaccurate and unverifiable information. The bureau has shown a pattern of willful noncompliance with the FCRA, specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681n. Under 1681i, the bureau must conduct a reasonable reinvestigation and delete or correct information that can not be verified. Instead, the disputed accounts and inquiries were re-reported without competent verification. The bureaus persistence in publishing unverifiable data after repeated notice reflects reckless disregard of its statutory duties, resulting in ongoing consumer harm, including adverse credit decisions and increased costs. This pattern meets the willfulness threshold under 1681n and warrants immediate deletion of the unverifiable items, corrective disclosures, and appropriate remedial measures.
