Improper use of your report: Student loan
I formally dispute the reporting of the student loan account ( s ) appearing on my consumer report. The information being furnished is inaccurate, unverified, and is causing harm to my credit profile. Pursuant to my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand a reasonable investigation and strict proof that these accounts are being lawfully reported. Furthermore, under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, I request disclosure of any signed application, promissory note, authorization, or other documentation establishing a lawful relationship and permissible purpose for the sharing and reporting of my private financial information. If the furnisher can not provide competent documentary evidence verifying the accuracy and ownership of these accounts, I demand their immediate deletion from all consumer reporting agencies. Continued reporting of unverified or inaccurate information constitutes a violation of federal consumer protection laws. I request removal of these accounts and written confirmation of the correction.
