Incorrect information on your report: Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports
I reviewed my consumer credit report and discovered information that is inaccurate, incomplete, and misleading. I never provided written authorization or consent permitting this information to be furnished or maintained on my consumer report. The reporting of this information lacks a demonstrated permissible purpose as required under 15 USC 1681b. Lawful authority to report is a prerequisite to any claim of accuracy, verification, or investigation. The reporting of this information fails to meet the requirement of maximum possible accuracy under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 USC 1681e ( b ). Additionally, the information reported includes data that is excluded from consumer reports under 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ), as it reflects personal experiences rather than permissible credit reporting information. Consumer reporting agencies have a duty to ensure fairness, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of consumer information. This agency failed to adopt or follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy and lawful reporting of this information. Accuracy can not be established where the underlying disclosure itself is not supported by lawful authorization. This complaint does not constitute an admission of liability, ownership, or responsibility for the reported account. The absence of a demonstrated permissible purpose renders continued reporting improper regardless of any claim of accuracy.
