Incorrect information on your report: Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports

I just applied for a credit card and was shocked to learn that I had been denied credit. When I pulled my credit report, I found some of the information very confusing. I want to make sure that everything is accurate, therefore I want you to look into it for me. I am the primary consumer of the complaint and there is no third party involved.
