Incorrect information on your report: Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports
I am writing to formally dispute false, inaccurate, and unverifiable information appearing on my consumer credit report. After multiple reviews and failed attempts at proper reinvestigation, it has become clear that your continued possession and transmission of this data constitutes criminal misuse of my personal identity under 18 U.S. Code 1028A Aggravated Identity Theft. Your agency is using my name, Social Security number, date of birth, and other identifying information to distribute false and unverifiable data, such as alleged late payments, incorrect balances, and other negative account information. Despite prior notices disputing these entries, you have continued to furnish this data without producing : Any original contracts or applications, Complete payment records, Or legally admissible proof of the validity of the derogatory entries. As a result, you are knowingly publishing and transmitting false data tied to my personal identity without lawful authority. The continued use of unverifiable information attached to my identity after dispute, and your failure to lawfully validate it constitutes aggravated identity theft under federal law. While some accounts may have originated from me, the inaccurate negative information being published now is false, lacks verification, and is being attached to my identity in a misleading and harmful manner. You are knowingly attributing inaccurate financial behavior to me, damaging my reputation, and using my PII to falsely profile me in violation of federal and consumer protection statutes.
