Incorrect information on your report: Vehicle loan or lease

Iam reviewing my credit report and noted gross inaccuracies regarding this auto loan account. The account reflects a Charge-Off Balance of $24000.00 but a Delinquent Amount of $19000.00. These numbers are contradictory, inconsistent, and inaccurate. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), a furnisher can not report inaccurate or unverified balances. Because the reported data is mathematically flawed and inconsistent across the credit bureaus, I request that the data be completely verified with the original payment ledgers within 30 days, or that this entire negative account be permanently deleted from my credit file.
