Managing an account: Checking or savings account

My checking account was comprised. I filed a dispute and it was denied. I was told it was my fault. Today I spoke to a representative in the Escalation department and found out that the hacker called in and got my information from Sofi. They have all of the recorded conversations and found out it was someone else. I was accused by Sofi for actions they took and their negligence.
