Managing an account: Checking or savings account

My account is under review for no reason at all i cant getmy funds out but they can take my check deposit from my employer when i call the bank cant tell me anything about whats going on with the account they keep transferring me to different agents and giving me different numbers to call and when i went into the branch they said my account looks to be closed but when i call thyr say my account is open but under review and they dnt know for how long to keep calling everyday i cant pay my bills because i cant get my money i changed my direct deposit to go somewhere else
