Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I am requesting that the bank : - Conduct a complete investigation into the disappearance of my restricted account and all related records. - Locate the account or provide a full written accounting of what happened to it, including any transfers, closures, distributions, or other activity. - Comply with the existing court order directing the release of the funds if the account is located. - Preserve and produce all available records, including archived records, account history, internal notes, correspondence, and documents related to the account. - Explain why the account was initially located using my mother 's Social Security number but could no longer be located after I obtained the required court order. - Investigate whether any errors, negligence, unauthorized transactions, or misconduct contributed to the disappearance of the account. - Take any corrective action necessary to restore my rights, compensate me for any losses if the funds can not be recovered, and ensure compliance with all applicable legal obligations.
