Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I filed disputes an they wouldn't give me my money back total was over $4000.00 an they just closed my account an sent me the remaing $400.00 an some change in a check to my address I just wanted my money back there was multiple disputed they gave me partial money back like $2000.00 an some change for one dispute an $300.00 on another but the biggest $4000.00 one the just closed my account down an I have not received my money...
