Managing an account: Checking or savings account

I requested new debit card, as well as old to be canceled along with old account closed. Bank of America never closed the account, and kept my debit card and has moved money through the account. They continously send my debit cards to old addresses and somehow I am unable to make them understand how important it is THESE ARE NOT CORRE T AFDRESSES AND PLEASE UPDSTE TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS/PO BOX. Bank of America has refused to comply and are pathetic in every form there is for a banking institution.
