Managing an account: Checking or savings account

This banking institution has continuously locked my card without notice leaving without access to my money. Its an ongoing problem and it has happened no less than 30 times. I am on the phone with the fraud department because they have locked my debit FIVE times in less than 24 hours. I will pursue legal again after this complaint
