Managing, opening, or closing your mobile wallet account: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

My PayPal account got permanently banned after I submitted my drivers license and theyre holding my money. I did nothing wrong. My boyfriend sent me money for rent and they blocked my account after I did verification. I did legally change my name recently and I dont know if that triggered it but they refuse to help.
