Managing, opening, or closing your mobile wallet account: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

I was asked to provide information to verify my identify by PayPal after receiving a payment, I uploaded the information requested and my account was permanently blocked almost immediately after. I contacted customer service for a specific reason as to why my account was limited and they refused to disclose the reason.
