Managing, opening, or closing your mobile wallet account: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

PayPal received money that is due to me with a deadline to claim it. I have tried to log on to PayPal and have spent hours with customer service without success. The money will be returned to the provider unless I log on and claim it but it is impossible to do so.
