Managing the loan or lease: Vehicle loan or lease

The vehicle has native equity. This car was sold to me without disclosing the known class action lawsuit for the transmission failure. The repairs for the transmission failure exceeds the balance of the loan. I have requested to transfer the loan to a new loan and stay with the same company.
