Opening an account: Checking or savings account

Sofi bank when my account was closed for a dispute. i was never notified of it. they closed the account and refused to let me pay the $60.00 due to put it back in good standing. i have no idea why or what was due because i moved got a new number and i never got emails. i have been trying to get this resolved numerous times. i got an email most recent saying it was ready to use but whenever i tried to get into my account it would never work or let me access my bank account despite them saying i should be able to use it
