This is regarding Sears Home Improvement card. My AC broke and Sears replaced it. The broken AC was under warranty and AC manufacturer said they will pay the replacement but they will pay directly to vendor. In my case it was Sears. I have informed Sears and Sears never obliged to follow and get the check from Carrier AC. I can't pay because Sears didn't do as expected by them. Very poor customer service by Sears. Hours on call and no one followed and tried to get the check.
