Other features, terms, or problems: Credit card

I was encouraged by BOA to open a rewards point credit card. The terms however change depending on what they feel is in order and not what I agreed to. I am supposed to get credits based on online purchases of 3 % and bonus points of 3 %. for my 1st year. It is more like 1 % and limits that are unannounced all over the place and CAPS on spending limits per quarter. In short they are not on the up and up.
