Other service problem: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

Every time I try to withdraw my Paypal balance, one of 3 things happens 1 ) Paypal asks for my bank login into. It shouldn't need that since I am not asking for a bank transfer. 2 ) If I select the option to have them issue a check, I am redirected to the page where they ask for my bank login info... again, I'm not asking to transfer to my bank so I don't understand why this is needed. 3 ) I am pitched one of their financial products which promises access to the funds IF I PROVIDE SECURE BANK LOGIN INTO. All of this leads back to wantin my bank login to issue money directly to me, not to my bank. This seems bordering on fraudulent.
