Problem when making payments: Credit card

Logged to the company website the day the payment was due. Because payment was not submitted by a crazy cut off time. I was charged a fee however if the payment was mailed or phone it has different processing times which is unfair and deceptive to consumers. I dont want to do business with such a disgusting company that harms their customers.
