Problem when making payments: Credit card

After almost 40 years of excellent payment history the company changed their auto payment & didnt honor my auto payment status. UnfortunatelyI thought my auto payment would cover, if you look at my payment history I pay in full immediately dont wait for due date. This was just a fluke, due to paperless statements.lost email notifications, etc
