Problem when making payments: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

: SoFi removed my autopay discount and increased my monthly payment due to an internal error made by their agent.Details : I provided my correct bank account and routing number. A SoFi agent entered the information incorrectly on their end. I later sent SoFi a copy of my check clearly showing the correct routing and account numbers. Despite this, SoFi flagged my account as unverified, removed my autopay discount, and raised my monthly payment.I have contacted SoFi multiple times, and they acknowledged the verification but have not corrected the payment or reinstated the discount. This error was caused by SoFis employee, not me, and I have provided proof.I am requesting that SoFi:1. Reinstate my autopay discount 2. Correct my monthly payment 3. Apply the correction retroactively SoFi has not resolved this despite multiple attempts, and their error has caused financial harm.
