Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem: Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports

These actions constitute violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including but not limited to 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2, 1681e ( b ), 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ), 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ), and any other applicable provisions governing the investigation of consumer disputes and identity theft. These violations have caused ongoing harm by allowing inaccurate and fraudulent information to remain on my consumer report, adversely affecting my creditworthiness and ability to obtain credit. Failed to notify of the investigation results.
