Problem with a lender or other company charging your account: Checking or savings account

I was the victim of check washing. I went to Citibank agent personally and closed the account after finding checks were washed with different person names for the payment- payment amount also changed. i have submitted affidavits repeatedly and citibank does not get back to me- i just keep being sent to different phone numbers. I have been a customer for 30 years and never made any complaint. First time victim of fraud.
