Problem with fraud alerts or security freezes: Credit card

Hi for the past week or couple days Ive been getting hard inquiries on my credit report and I dont know why and Im not apply for no credit card I would like to get this remove because these hard inquiries are not by me these are fraud And now I just got another from Citi bank
