Repossession: Vehicle loan or lease

I am filing this complaint regarding the remaining balance being reported after my vehicle was repossessed. The company is reporting that I owe a remaining balance of approximately $10000.00 after the repossession. I requested documentation supporting this balance, including the vehicle sale or auction records, sale price, deficiency balance calculation, account payment history, repossession records, and an itemized explanation showing how the remaining balance was determined. Despite my request, I have not been provided sufficient documentation to verify the accuracy of the amount being reported. Without these records, I am unable to determine whether the balance is accurate or whether all credits from the sale of the vehicle were properly applied to the account. I am requesting that the company provide complete documentation supporting the remaining balance, including all records related to the repossession and sale of the vehicle. If the company can not verify the accuracy of the balance and information being reported, I request that the balance be corrected and any inaccurate information furnished to the credit reporting agencies be removed or updated accordingly. I am seeking a full investigation and a written response explaining how the remaining balance was calculated.
