Struggling to pay mortgage: Mortgage

I was on a trial payment plan and my account number was transposed so therefore I was advised that fha looks at that as me failing the trial plan. So then I reached out to fha resource center they told me that I should have been offered othere options well when I reached back out to Freedom Mortgage they said that I also needed to sayvthat within that trial payment the payment was reduced so therefore that made me in eligible for any other plans such as repayment plan, waterfall etc...
