Struggling to pay mortgage: Mortgage

I bought this home and about a year into ownership I started to get incredibly ill, I noticed there was mold forming on walls and appeared to have water in the walls, I contacted the home owners insurance looking for a reason and after several inspections it was not able to be determined or repaired, I subsequently had to move because I was continuely sick in this home. I was unable to maintain both an apt and the home financially. I reached out to a Realtor who referred me to the ones I have listed with, as they work with homeowners in foreclosure. They listed the property and turned in the paperwork to New Rez and we got an offer. It took three times to reach out for the FHA partial claim information and the buyers title company does not know how to do short sale paperwork so the buyers side is hanging this up, this is a Conventional loan and we need more time for the buyer to complete their side as we do not have an ATP for their lender to proceed.
