Struggling to pay your loan: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

I took this loan out in May of this year, planning to pay the whole amount in full the next week. When I proceeded to try and add a payment method I got a message that my bank account wasnt accepted with the company. I let the loan go unpaid for a month and ended up getting a call from them for a settlement. I ended up calling support and spent almost an hour on the phone with them, trying to update my bank account so I could pay it off. In the end, they told me that Uprova doesnt accept my bank account and that Im stuck paying off the loan with an insane predatory APY over 300 %.
