Struggling to pay your loan: Payday loan, title loan, personal loan, or advance loan

I have requested a hardship or account help between my credit line, loan and credit cards but they keep hanging up on me or sending me to the wrong dept.I have called every different number they have given, if I am transferred I get hung up on. I am trying to resolve my depts before they go late but I can not get any help from US bank to take care of this issue.
