Took or threatened to take negative or legal action: Debt collection

The original debtor allegedly is for over $1000.00. They sent me a summons and I responded well within the time frame. Asking them to provide and fill out the chain of command letter. To which they never responded to me about. They also never filed anything with the courts and in my state, they have 10 days from serving me to actually file with the state I am in. They never did! They are not trying to serve me yet again because they didnt respond and let alone respond and provide me with the documents I requested. I have called the courts and asked for the case and judge information and they have nothing filed. Because midland are disgusting harassing roaches that are trying to destroy peoples lives. Midland are not the original creditors yet they harass and pressure and make threats to you and your livelyhood. They do not respond and provide documents to whom they are allegedy trying to sue and get a garnishment on. They expect people to not respond and put up a fight so they have full access to your paycheck and or bank account. They are thieves and inhumane.
