Took or threatened to take negative or legal action: Debt collection

I received a summons for court from CITI bank suing me. They are attempting to garnish and take funds that are illegal to take from me. I have SSA benefits. Them attempting to garnish said wages or my bank account is completely illegal and I will be retaining an attorney they were put on notice from before and this is starting to affect my health adversely. Please be advised that my income comes exclusively from [ Social Security Retirement / SSDI / SSI ] benefits. Under federal law ( 42 U.S.C. 407 ), these funds are protected from garnishment, levy, and other legal processes by private creditors. Continuing with this lawsuit and threats of garnishment are illegal
