Took or threatened to take negative or legal action: Debt collection

I called the Original debt collector to verify that the information they have on file is accurate. I provided them with my name, email, address, and phone number. I don't have an account or car through them. After I provided all my information that I've provided, they couldn't verified me the information they have on file. So I requested a dispute through TransUnion do to the Inaccurate information that I don't know anything about, they have on file. This really damaging my credit.
