Trouble during payment process: Mortgage

My mortgage servicer is failing to process my authorized ACH payments in a timely manner. They wait two full weeks to pull the funds from my checking account after the scheduled draft date, creating severe overdraft risks and making financial budgeting impossible. I want them to process payments within standard 1-2 business day ACH settlement timelines.
