Trouble during payment process: Mortgage

I received notice my taxes were not paid. I spoke with my county tax office and they said taxes were not paid and a fee had been applied. I called freedom mortgage who my escrow is through and they had the WRONG PARCEL number attached to my property so for a year plus they had the wrong escrow analysis and made the wrong payment on my account. The wrong information caused us to have a surplus and a check was sent to us ( which we used ) several months later we get notice of tax deliqency. The wrong analysis also caused to actually have a shortage and they stuck us with the actual taxes. They have processed 4 different analysis in a 5 month time span each time increasing our payment. I have asked for a running ledger to show what they've actually been paying. DO NOT TRUST this company. RUN
