Trouble using the card: Prepaid card

Complaint Description : U.S. Bank is unlawfully withholding my Michigan Unemployment Benefits on my ReliaCard account. I am a fully verified worker who depends on these state funds for my livelihood.My Michigan driver 's license recently expired. I immediately went to the Michigan Secretary of State, renewed it, and was issued a legally binding temporary paper ID while the plastic card prints. I contacted U.S. Bank customer service, and TWO separate supervisors explicitly told me that my official Michigan renewal paperwork, my expired physical photo ID, and a selfie would be sufficient to unlock my account.After submitting these documents and receiving verbal confirmation from bank leadership, U.S. Bank has reneged on their agreement, changed their mind, and locked me out of my funds again. They are rejecting my legal state documents and refusing a manual override. They are denying me access to my government benefits during a critical time. I demand that U.S. Bank honor the agreement made by their supervisors, manually review my Michigan Secretary of State paperwork, and immediately release the lock on my funds.
