Trouble using your card: Credit card

I made a payment with my debit card which is supposed to increase my limit of use within 2 days my funds have not been released and they refused to release them the payment I made with regular checking account was released before the debit payment was the debit payment is supposed to be released before the checking account payment the funds have already been deducted from my account and has already been posted to my credit card account but they refused to increase my limit to the Limit I'm supposed to have
