Unexpected or other fees: Prepaid card

I think with this letter, I would say it says it all, I think they could say this and that about it, but why would they send me this letter? Im filing a small claims against this and the other complaint i filed You wan na know honestly what I think about it? I believe someone in their system messed up and they tried to cover up for it, and that was their only way to kind of like come clean with it
