Written notification about debt: Debt collection

I am writing to file a formal complaint against CREDIT COLL for violating my rights as a consumer under applicable federal law. CREDIT COLL has reported an inaccurate account on my consumer report without providing the validation information required under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ). In addition, I was not provided a proper opportunity to dispute the account as required by 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ). These actions have resulted in inaccurate information being reported on my consumer report and raise serious concerns regarding compliance with applicable consumer protection requirements. I request that this matter be investigated promptly and that any information that can not be properly validated or verified be removed from my consumer report.
