Written notification about debt: Debt collection

Sunrise Credit Services never contacted me with a right to dispute. The collection agency never notified me by mail. Instead, they just began reporting their company name and account number with the credit bureaus. I had to find out about the collection agency through a credit monitoring alert that showed me a collection agency had accessed my credit file and added themselves onto my credit report. This is unacceptable. This is a violation of my consumer rights under the FDCPA and FCRA.
