Written notification about debt: Debt collection

I am submitting this complaint regarding Credit Collection Services and the reporting of an account that I believe contains inaccurate and unverifiable information. I have concerns that this account has been reported without proper verification and without providing the required consumer protections under 12 CFR 1006.34 and 15 USC 1681-s2 ( 7 ) ( A ). Credit Collection Services reported this account to my consumer report without providing the necessary validation information and supporting documentation required under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ). Additionally, I was not given an appropriate opportunity to review and dispute the account, which is a right protected under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( i ). The reporting of information without proper validation and dispute procedures creates concerns regarding the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the account being furnished. I am requesting that Credit Collection Services conduct a thorough investigation, provide documentation verifying the accounts accuracy and ownership, and remove or correct any information that can not be confirmed as accurate and complete.
