Wrong amount charged or received: Money transfer, virtual currency, or money service

Last year a friend of mine sent me money via PayPal and when I went to get what she sent PayPal would only return to me what was used via credit cards I had used, they refused to give me all of my money that was returned from my friend, and it was money that should have been deposited into my bank account. Some monies were returned like I said to my credit cards but the rest my friend sent that should have deposited into my checking account and when I asked PayPal where it was and why wasn't it deposited they said they did deposit it and I checked with my bank multiple times, I actually spoke with individuals in person on the phone from my bank and they all said the same thing that no deposits had come from PayPal.
