Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

Navy Federal Credit Union has repeatedly withdrawn any and all money from my checking account for a credit card debt that has been written off for at least 8 years. There has been no authorization given nor no notice of such seizure of money for said debt. They have taken exempt money as well such as student loan refunds.
