Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

My account was hacked and drained of $4300.00. I filed a dispute and was denied. Soon after, someone hacked it again and took out a payday loan, which I won the dispute, and an instant loan which I didn't win. I have called customer service and sat on the phone today for over an hour only to be told there is nothing they can do. They sure reported it to the credit bureaus. I'm just trying to pay it back to clear up my credit score. They said I don't have an account anymore, so there is nothing they can do. It has affected my credit score greatly, and even though I didn't take out the loan, I would like to pay it back. The hackers used a different device then mine. Chime told me that.
