Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

These collection account is being reported on my credit file that I dispute as inaccurate and/or unverified. I requested validation of this debt, but the company failed to properly verify it. This reporting is causing harm to my credit profile and ability to obtain credit. I am requesting immediate investigation, deletion of any inaccurate information, and full compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq. ), including 1681i ( reinvestigation requirements ) and 1681s-2 ( furnisher duties ).
