Attempts to collect debt not owed: Debt collection

I am requesting that this collection account be investigated and removed from my credit report. I dispute the accuracy and completeness of the information being reported by LVNV funding llc. I am requesting that LVNV funding provide competent evidence that they have the legal right to collect this debt and that all information being furnished to credit reporting agencies is accurate. If they can not verify the account in accordance with the fair credit reporting act, I request that it be deleted from all credit reporting agencies immediately.
